The Messenger has learned of the death of Stephanie C. McAnelly, 100, of Cape Girardeau, Mo., who died March 1, 2010, at Cape Girardeau Lutheran Home. She was a former resident of South Fulton.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Cape Girardeau.
Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton is in charge of local arrangements. There will be no visitation or burial.
She was born Jan. 20, 1910, in Chicago, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Pedros) Zuziak. She was the widow of Albert McAnelly and was a homemaker and a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Marvin and Lenore McAnelly of Cape Girardeau; three grandchildren, Carolyn Toomey of Murfreesboro, Laura Morgan of Hartselle, Ala., and James McAnelly of Murphysboro, Ill.; 10 great-grandchildren; and her sister-in-law, Delores Zuziak of Posen, Ill.
She was also preceded in death by four brothers, two sisters and her stepsister.
