The event was named the Crow Tournament and they have a Crow Mascot Named “Jake.” Now they have something to “crow about.” This will be a monthly event. Winners were Doubles Champion, James G Roberts, Doubles Runner-up: Floyd Edwards and David Roberts and Singles Champion was Hoyt Green. The Northwest District Tennessee Senior Olympics is coming up from April 19-May 4, 2010. Sharon Adult Center will host the Table Tennis for the Senior Olympics at 10 a.m., Friday, April, 23 2010. If anyone is interested in playing or wants to participate in the Senior Games call 456-2213 or come by Sharon Adult Center. Shirley Chappell, director at the center, would like to invite those wishing to play ping pong to come by and join in the fun at 8:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. There are many other activities, such as Pinochle, Rook, Trips, Shuffle Board, and community affairs.
