The Friends of the Obion County Public Library will meet Tuesday at noon at the library at 1221 East Reelfoot Ave. in Union City. 
Members and prospective members are invited to attend. This month, members will be planning the upcoming commissioners’ luncheon. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month unless holidays change the schedule.

Nifty-Fifty Bingo will be played Thursday from 9:45-11:15 a.m. at the library. This activity is also sponsored by Friends of the Library and is open to those who are 50 years old and older.
The 15th annual Lunch at the Library for county commissioners and library board members will be March 15 at 11 a.m. in the conference room at the library. Friends of the Obion County Public Library will sponsor the event.
