The following cases were disposed of Feb. 23 and 25 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Jimmy Smith, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were recorded in the dockets in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed. All others are published, including judicial diversions, without exception.
• James R. Barker Jr. (106 Gates Drive, Troy) — theft, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended, $100 fine, costs, $191.15 restitution to Walmart, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation, barred from Walmart.
• Brant A. Bumpus (500 Riley Road, Ridgely) — misdemeanor theft, $100 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except time served, $1,600 restitution, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation.
• Desmond C. Donlow (604 Nash St. or 206 Nash St., Union City) — two counts of theft, 11 months and 29 days jail, $386 restitution and $228 restitution to two different victims, costs on each.
• Joseph Flowers (Grady Tolar Road, Ridgely) — misdemeanor theft, $100 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except time served, $1,600 restitution, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation.
• Daniel L. Ford (239 South Sixth St., Union City) — driving while license suspended, fine and costs, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation; possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, 11 months and 29 days judicial diversion, fine and costs.
• Charles Fulcher (4662 Clayton-Antioch Road, Troy) — theft, $100 fine, costs, $170.10 restitution to Cox Oil Co., 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except time served, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation.
• Freda J. Holmes (203 Volunteer Drive, Martin) — theft, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended, $100 fine, costs, no restitution, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation, banned from Walmart.
• David Lee McCurdy (326 South Mary Jane St., Troy) — driving while license revoked, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except 10 days, $250 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation.
• Darrell D. Minor (109 Taylor St. or 128 Central Ave., South Fulton) — Schedule VI controlled substance/attempt, $250 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation.
• Bobby G. Peevyhouse (118 Flowers Road, Troy) — domestic assault, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except time served, supervised probation.
• Williams J. Rivers (155 Shelby Armstrong, Ridgely) — misdemeanor theft, $100 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except time served, $1,600 restitution, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation.
• Charles K. Williams (202 Chloris, Hickman, Ky.) — theft of merchandise/shoplifting, 11 months and 29 days judicial diversion, $14.96 restitution to Walmart, fine and costs, banned from all Walmarts; possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, 11 months and 29 days judicial diversion, fine and costs.
• David Reinhardt (1165 Snow Farm Road, Newbern) — burglary and theft over $1,000, waived to the grand jury.
• Lenon T. Covington (309 West Gibbs St. or 511 North Home St., Union City) — public intoxication, $10 fine, costs.
• Jacob E. Morris (2409 Brevard Road, Union City) — possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, 30 hours of community service, write a paper on illegal drug usage.
