Alyssa Holland to wed Jake Bynum on Feb. 20

Sarah Alyssa Holland of Dover and William Jake Bynum of Dresden will marry in a 6 p.m. ceremony on Feb. 20, at First Baptist Church in Dresden.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Holland of Dover. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Newberry of Dover, Mrs. Levie Holland of Clarksville, the late Sergeant Earl Burke of Dover and the late Sydney Holland of Clarksville.
The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Stewart County High School in Dover. She is a 2009 Suma Cum Laude graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor of Science degree in education. While at Martin, she was a member of the UTM dance ensemble. Hollad is employed by the Paris Special School District as a fourth grade teacher at Paris Elementary School and is the owner of Alyssa’s Dance Studio in Dover.
The groom-elect is the son of Ms. Lisa Alexander of Dresden and Mr. and Mrs. Hal Bynum of Dresden. He is the grandson of Ms. Jane Alexander of Dresden, Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Alexander of Dresden and the late Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Bynum of the Austin Springs area.
The groom-elect is a 2002 graduate of Dresden High School. He is a 2006 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. While attending Martin, Bynum was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He is employed by First State Bank in Dresden as a Business Development Specialist. He is currently serving as President of the Dresden Rotary Club and Alderman for the City of Dresden.
The reception will take place immediately following the ceremony at the Dresden Athletic Center. All friends and family are invited to attend.
