Russie Helen (Reynolds) Martin,74, of Ridgely died 3:42 p.m. Feb. 3, 2010, at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Keystone Church of God in Tiptonville. The Rev. Murray Blurton will officiate. Burial will follow in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely. Pallbearers will be Michael Bates, Joe Simpson, Mark Fortner, K.J. Scott, Charles Andrews and Aaron Ray.
The family will receive friends at the church from 5-8 this evening.
Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Martin was born Sept. 29, 1935, in Lake County, daughter of the late R.L. and Edna (Carrington) Reynolds. She had been employed at the former Huck’s in Tiptonville.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathie Lockard of Ridgely; her granddaughter, Lori Scott of Ridgely; her grandson, Terry Lockard of Ridgely; two sisters, Shirley Smith of Lakeland, Fla., and Wanda Horn of Plant City, Fla.; her brother, Charles Reynolds of Waycross, Ga.; and two great-grandchildren, Lauren Scott and Dylan Scott, both of Ridgely.
She was also preceded in death by her son, James Larry Martin; and her brother, Jessie Elvis Reynolds.
