Miss Brock, Sanders to wed in private ceremony

The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Alyssa Ann Brock and David Nicholas Sanders, both of Brentwood, are being announced today.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Brock of Union City. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Cary of Union City and the late Mr. and Mrs. Raymond “Bill” Brock of Clinton, Ky.
She graduated in 2004 from Union City High School and in 2009 from the University of Tennessee Martin, where she earned a degree in family and consumer science with a concentration in child and family studies. While at UT Martin, she was a member of Chi Omega.
She is employed as a resource coordinator for Omni Vision in Nashville.
The groom-elect is the son of Angeline Nichols of Union City and J.D. Sanders of Troy. His grandparents are Jeanette Sanders and and the late Billie T. Sanders of Troy and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jay Yates of Dyersburg.
He graduated in 1996 from Martin Westview High School and attended UT Martin from 1996-2000. While at UT Martin, he was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity.
He is serving as corporate sales manager at Dell Inc. in Nashville.
The couple will be married in a private ceremony in Nashville.
A reception will be held April 10 at The Lindell in Martin. Invitations will be sent.
