Completed arrangements for Elder Eddie M. Partee, 94, of Union City, who died Jan. 20, 2010, at Union City Manor Nursing and Rehab Center, are being announced today.
Services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at Friendship Freewill Baptist Church, with Elder Eugene Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in East View  Cemetery.
Friends may call 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Rawls Funeral Home in Union City.
He was born Dec. 11, 1915, in Bells, son of the late Edgar and Maggielene (Woods) Partee. He married Anna Jeanette Partee. She died May 15, 2003. He served as pastor of Christ Holiness in South Fulton for 29 years. He was formerly employed with McAdoo Building Supply.
He is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Mary and James Kelly and Maggie Kennedy, both of Union City; three grandchildren, Jimmy Paschall, Shirley Paschall and Debra Partee, all of Indianapolis; his sister, Louella Whitehorn of Humboldt; nine great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Geneva Kinnon Partee; his daughter, Linda Green; his son, Nathaniel Partee; and his stepson, Jessie King.
