Zella Mae McCoy

Zella Mae McCoy, 79, of Girard, Ill., formerly of Martin, died on Monday, Jan. 18, 2010 in Pleasant Hill Village in Girard.
Visitation will be from 9:30-11 a.m. Friday with funeral services at 11 a.m. at Grace Southern Baptist Church in Virden, Ill. with Rev. Ken Macken officiating. Graveside services will at 2 p.m. Saturday at Obion County Memorial Gardens in Union City with Calvert & Ferry Funeral Home, Virden, in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. McCoy was born April 14, 1930 in Manchester, Ky., daughter of the late Shirley and Bessie Bundy Hibbard. She was the widow of Wallace G. McCoy and a member of Wesley Chapel in Fulton, Ky.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Richard “Rick” and Mona Roberts of Girard and Wayne and Winnie McCoy of Benton, Ill.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Denise and Gary Baker of Murfreesboro, Carol and Rick Goodare of Franklin, Wis.; one brother, Roy Hibbard of Manchester; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Fay and Charles Dickens of Martin, Bonnie and Frank Kiley and Lois and Darvin Thibadeau, all of Port S. Lucie, Fla. and Doris Fowler of Mississippi; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Troy Hibbard and Harold Hibbard; three sisters, Marie Newkirk, Mamie Russell and Rosie Ray; and one granddaughter, Rachel Roberts.
