Imogene Dunlap, 80, of Sharon, died Friday, Dec. 18, 2009, at Volunteer Community Hospital, Martin.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church, Sharon with Dr. Jerry Summers and Bro. Tommy Harrison officiating. Burial was in Alamo Cemetery with Gardner Funeral Home in Sharon in charge of the arrangements.
Joe Croom, Joey Croom, Matt Croom, Ricky Dunlap, Rex Harrison and Bobby Dunlap served as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers were Iry Dunlap and James Carlton.
Mrs. Dunlap was born March 18, 1929, in Weakley County. She was the widow of Joe Thomas Dunlap and was retired from WSW Manufacturing.
Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Charlotte and James Carlton and Patty Spencer, all of Sharon; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Margie White and Mary Thomas King; and three brothers, Dick Harrison, Ray Harrison and Bill Harrison.
