Beef Expo scheduled

Cattle producers interested in protecting their investment during this difficult economy will want to attend the 2009 Northeast Tennessee Beef Expo scheduled for Oct. 8 at the University of Tennessee Research and Education Center in Greeneville.
Registration and a trade show will begin at 7 a.m., and the program will begin at 8. The cost to attend the day-long program is $10, which includes a luncheon. Participants are asked to pre-register with a local UT Extension office by Sept. 28.
The event is co-sponsored by UT Extension Eastern Region, and the UT Research and Education Center at Greeneville.
