The Kentucky State Police is currently seeking two men in connection with an armed robbery early Sunday at Greg’s IGA in Clinton, Ky.
The KSP received a 911 call about 6 a.m. from the owner of Greg’s IGA, who reported the business had just been robbed, according to a press release from the KSP.
The caller stated that two black men entered the business, with at least one of them brandishing a handgun and demanding money. The assailants were dressed in black clothing with their faces partially concealed.
No one was injured in the incident.
The two men left the business on foot in an unknown direction of travel. The two are described as being between 5-feet-5 and 5-feet-8-inches tall and of medium build. One of the men was wearing white athletic shoes.
The KSP said both men should be considered armed and dangerous due to the possibility of them still possessing a handgun. Anyone who has information about the robbery is asked to contact KSP Post 1 at 1-800-222-5555.
