The Messenger, September 3, 2009 The American Tea Party is planned for 1 p.m. Sept. 12 at Selmer City Park. There will be 10 speakers, including Col. James C. Harding, highly decorated combat veteran who was recently at the Kiwanis Park rally in Union City. The subject will be homeland security. Area residents are invited to attend, according to organizers.
