Fulton session called

Fulton City Commission will meet in special called session Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the commission room at Fulton City Hall.
On the agenda is discussion of setting the 2009 city property tax rate and the first reading of a city ordinance establishing the property tax rate and due date. The meeting is open to the public.
The commission will also adjourn into a closed executive session to discuss personnel and pending litigation, with any resulting action to follow when the commission reconvenes in open session.
