Ethel Vaden Wade, 90, of Gleason, died Friday, Aug. 28, 2009, at McKenzie Health Care.
Services were held 11 a.m. Monday at Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Gleason with Bro. Gene Price officiating. Burial was in New Prospect Cemetery in Greenfield.
Mike Roberts, Jason Wade, Clyde Taylor, Dan Brooks, Lawrence Brooks and Terry Stephens served as pallbearers.
Mrs. Wade was born April 27, 1919, in Carroll County, daughter of the late Monroe and Mary Surber Bynum. She was the widow of J. D. Wade. She a homemaker and member of Tumbling Creek Baptist Church, Gleason.
Survivors include two sons, Bobby Wade of Gleason and Jack Wade of Hopkinsville, Ky.; one sister, Martha Trull of McKenzie; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.wcp 9-3
