Dresden Bridge 9.4.09 Posted: Friday, September 4, 2009 8:01 pm The Dresden Duplicate Bridge Club meets at the American Legion Building, located on Highway 22 on the by-pass, the second and fourth Tuesday nights at 6 and every Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. Recent winners on a Tuesday night included first place Linda Jennings and Becky Bennett, both of Dresden; second place Diana Nerren of South Fulton and Margie Evans of Hickman, Ky.; and third place Alma Ford of Martin and Sarah Pentecost of Dresden. On a recent Wednesday, winners were first place Roberta Meyer and Gene Fulks, both of Paris; second place Ton Beard and Sarah Pentecost, both of Dresden; and tied for third and fourth Sue Thompson and Sharon Fields, both of Paris, and Freddye Oliver of Union City and Jack Bogue of Milan.
