Rachel Powers | | LOCKS OF LOVE — Eight-year-old rachel Powers, a Girl Scout Brownie Troop 15 member in Martin, recently earned a patch for donating 10 inches of her hair to Locks of Love. Cutting her hair is her beautician, Pam Caldwell from Headquarters in Dresden. Rachel is the daughter of Terry and Rubberta Powers of Martin. She is the granddaughter of Al and Lou Ann Powers of Dresden, and Bea Dean of Martin and the late Rubbert Dean Sr. wcp 9-1 None |
