The bride is the granddaughter of Charles and Mae Griffith and Vannie Berryman, all of Palmersville and the late W.C. “Jake” Berryman. The groom’s grandparents are Ann Sloan of Lebanon and the late Malcolm Sloan and Lora Haney of Mt. Juliet and the late William Paul Haney. The couple has planned a Christian ceremony with a country theme, to be followed by barbeque and bluegrass music provided by The Farewell Drifters. Brother Mike Reese, pastor of Cloyd’s Cumberland Presbyterian Church will officiate with the groom’s 101-year-old great-grandfather, Brother W. L. Baker, performing the opening scripture reading and closing prayer for the ceremony. Jessica is a 2003 graduate of Wilson Central High School and received her B.S. in mass communication from MTSU in 2007. She is now employed by the Lampo Group, Inc., in Franklin in the video division for Financial Peace University. Josh is a 2002 graduate of Mt. Juliet High School and received a B.S. in athletic training from MTSU in 2007 and is a recent graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Nursing with a master’s of science in nursing. He is employed by Tennessee Sports Medicine & Orthopedics in Mount Juliet, Lebanon and Smyrna as a acute care nurse practitioner. After their honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple will reside in Hermitage. wcp 9-1
