Pep rally planned

Union City High School Booster Club will host a pep rally Thursday at 5 p.m. at UCHS War Memorial Stadium.
The UCHS and Union City Middle School teams and coaches will be introduced. The cheerleaders will be performing cheers and the band will play. Spirit wear will be on sale.
Good eating for boosters and the students will include hamburger or hot dog plates with sides for $5 a plate, with proceeds going to the UCHS Booster Club.
The community is invited to come out and support the Golden Tornadoes, a spokesman said.
