Celtic-themed Noel Nights gift shop open house postponed Posted: Tuesday, September 1, 2009 8:01 pm Dublin Arts Council is postponing the Celtic-themed Noel Nights gift shop open house that was originally scheduled for November 19-20. Plans are still underway for the development of a new Celtic corner in the DAC gift shop in 2010, featuring Celtic-themed fine art and gifts from local and regional artists. Details will be released as they develop.
