Miss Carpenter to wed Regalado on Sept. 19 Posted: Friday, August 28, 2009 8:01 pm The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Carrie Elizabeth Carpenter and Miguel Amaya Regalado, both of Union City, are being announced today. The bride-elect is the daughter of Tommy and Mary Ann Carpenter of Rives. She is the granddaughter of the late Howard and Bonnie Hundley of Rives and the late Frank and Martha Carpenter of Union City. She is a 1994 graduate of Obion County Central High School and a 1998 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin. She is employed at Lake County High School as a history and criminal justice teacher. The groom-elect is the son of Magdleno and Claudia Regalado of Union City. His grandparents are the late Miguel Amaya and Juana Rodrigeuz and the late Eanjelina Guzman and Anjel Regalado, all of Durango, Mexico. He is a 1998 graduate of OCCHS. He has been employed as a corrections officer at the Northwest Correctional Complex in Lake County for the past 10 years. The couple will wed at 6 p.m. Sept. 19 at Rives Union Church.
