Final plans are being announced for the wedding of Mary Elizabeth Grissom of Brentwood, formerly of South Fulton, and William Josh Brewer of Brentwood, formerly of Dresden.  
The bride-elect is the daughter of Marolyn Grissom and the late Travice Grissom of South Fulton. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Earlie Williamson of South Fulton and the late Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Grissom of the Ruthville community.
The groom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Brewer of Dresden. He is the grandson of Doris Nanney and the late William Nanney and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Herschel Brewer, all of Dresden.
The ceremony will be held Aug. 22 at 6 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Fulton. Music will begin at 5:30 p.m. Dr. Gerald Stow will officiate.  
Nuptial music will be provided by Ginger Bard of Fulton, organist; Charles Wade Andrews of South Fulton, trumpeter; Valli Kugler Kelly and Josh Kugler of Martin, vocalists; and Lauren Brannon Hughes of Alamo, vocalist.
Melissa Grissom Brooks of South Fulton and Pamela Grissom Edwards of Allen, Texas, sisters of the bride-elect, will serve as honorary matrons of honor. Bridesmaids will be Sarah Williamson Hutchins of Fulton, cousin of the bride-elect; Jeri Jones Jennings, Anna Laura Boyd and Stacey Weaver Turner, all of Nashville; Selena Desantis of Martin; Erin Cloye Young of Memphis; Emily Carnell Young of Dyersburg; and Kelly Greer McDaniel and Jenny Hayes, both of Jackson.
Jeremy Brewer of Murfrees-boro, brother of the groom-elect, and Aaron Ingold of Henderson will serve as best men. Groomsmen will include Will David Coleman of Brentwood; Andrew Hart of Martin; Scott Odden and Matt Barker, both of Memphis; Jonathan McAnulty of Murfreesboro; Stan Coleman of Union City; and Darren Crowder of Knoxville.
Carter Scott Edwards of Allen, Texas, nephew of the bride-elect, will serve as ring bearer, and Brooke Brewer of Murfreesboro, niece of the groom-elect, will serve as the flower girl. Emily Anne Sparks of Union City and Katy Skipper McAnulty of Murfreesboro will serve as program attendants. Allyson Brooks and Ashley Brooks, both of South Fulton, and Mary Catherine Edwards of Allen, all nieces of the bride-elect, will serve as greeters.
A nursery will be provided at the church for all infants and pre-school children.
Andy and Danna Williamson of South Fulton, uncle and aunt of the bride-elect, will serve as wedding coordinators for the special day.
The bride-elect and groom-elect will leave the church in a horse-drawn carriage driven by Hal Williamson of Martin, uncle of the bride-elect, and Steve Tibbs of South Fulton.
Following the ceremony, a reception will be held at the Hampton Centré in Union City.
All friends and relatives are invited to attend the ceremony and reception.
