Farmers’ Market opens in Dresden Posted: Friday, August 7, 2009 2:33 pm This is the season for home grown fresh vegetables and fruits. Producers who are interested in selling some of their produce are invited to come set up beginning this month behind the City Hall in Dresden. The Weakley County Soil Conservation District is sponsoring a Farmers’ Market beginning Saturday, Aug. 15 at 8 a.m. and will end when the last producer leaves. Producers can call the District Office at 731-364-5430 ext 3 Monday-Friday for more information. A district representative will be assigning stations with first-come, first-served. , , |
