The following cases were disposed of July 21 and July 23 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Jimmy Smith, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were recorded in the dockets in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed. All others are published, including judicial diversions, without exception.
• Jerry L. Canfield (1722 East Stone St., Apt. B-25, Union City) — two counts of worthless check, pay check and costs, six months supervised probation on each.
• Jamia A. Dickerson (671 Nash St., Union City) — theft, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except 60 days, costs.
• Casey T. Dudek (304 North First St., Union City) — financial responsibility law violation, $50 fine, costs.
• Krista L. Garland (2726 Lake Drive, Union City) — worthless check, paid check and costs.
• Victoria M. Horton (815 Spring Valley, Obion) — contributing to the delinquency of a child, 11 months and 29 days judicial diversion, costs, obtain GED, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation.
• David Lee McCurdy (326 South Mary Jane St., Troy) — driving under the influence, $350 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except 48 hours, six months supervised probation, driver’s license revoked one year, 24 hours of litter pickup, DUI school.
• Bobby A. Morton (212 Chivers St., Union City) — theft of property, bound over to the grand jury.
• Donald Rice (684 Coon Williams Road, Troy) — implied consent law violation, $50 fine, costs, driver’s license revoked one year; driving while license revoked, $350 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except 48 hours, driver’s license revoked one year, six months supervised probation.

• Lekeri R. Stunson (722 Broadway Ave., Apt. B-6, South Fulton) — probation violation, 30 days jail.
• Brian O. Tolley (811 West Reelfoot Ave., Lot 47, Union City) — two counts of theft of property, waived to the grand jury.
• Kadell R. Young (507 Nash St., Apt. 17, Union City) — probation violation, 10 days jail.
• Bobby A. Barnes (118 South Main St., Troy) — simple assault, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except time served, no contact with the victims, six months supervised probation, costs.
• Regina C. Bryant (46 West Chestnut Ave., McKenzie) — theft, $50 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended, six months supervised probation, banned from all Walmart stores.
• Joseph E. Crawford III (135 Kester Road, Dresden) — implied consent law violation, driver’s license revoked one year, costs, six months unsupervised probation.
• Jonathan D. Dickens (1388 North Highway 51, Union City) — driving under the influence, $350 fine, costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except 48 hours, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation, litter pickup, DUI school; criminal impersonation, six months, costs, supervised probation.
• Jamia A. Dickerson (710 Glendale St., Union City) — simple assault, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended except 60 days (consecutive with previous charge).
• Marcus M. Miles (210 Browder Road, Fulton) — possession of a Schedule II controlled substance in a school zone, bound over to the grand jury.
