DEWEY MCCLURE RETIRES FROM WCMES — Dewey McClure retired from Weakley County Municipal Electric System after 37 years of service.  McClure began working for WCMES on the right-of-way crew, and through the years, he advanced to equipment operator. Fellow employees, family and friends gathered at The Hearth to share memories from the past and enjoy a dinner in his honor.  Special guests at the celebration were: McClure’s wife, Doris; daughter, Rhonda; sons and daughter-in-laws, Marty and Gina and Matthew and Kasey; grandchildren, Stephen, Wade, Marshal, and Ruby; sister, Bettie Cianfarani; and friends, David Glover, Terry McClure, Richard Adams, Roger Todd, Dean Brooks, Ricky Atkins and Brian Overcast. Faron Collins, General Manager, presented McClure with a watch as a token of appreciation.  Collins said, “We wish Dewey the best as he enjoys his retirement.”wcp 7-30
