Fulton City Commission will meet in regular session today at 6:30 p.m. in the commission room at Fulton City Hall. The meeting is open to the public.
In addition to routine business, items on the agenda will include discussion with John Shearer, energy sales consultant with Constellation New Energy Gas Division, in regard to how gas is purchased for the city; accepting the resignation of utility billing clerk Courtney Pair, effective Tuesday; consideration of forgiving a lien on property at 100 Jackson St.; authorization for the city attorney to place a lien on properties at 707 Eddings St., 810 Walnut St. and 814 Walnut St.; and discussion of animal control.
The commission will adjourn into a closed executive session to discuss personnel and pending litigation.
