Nursing home plans events

Golden Living Center in Union City has announced the following activities for June 28-30.
Sunday: Baptist Temple of Union City will visit and hold Sunday school at 10 a.m. At 3:30, Exchange Street Church of Christ of Union City will visit and hold evening services.
Monday: The beauty shop will be open all day, with services provided by Metta Sisk of Union City. One-on-one visits will be offered by volunteers and the activity department from 7-9 a.m. A New Beginning with Reelfoot Baptist Church will be held from 9:30-11. Singing and Bible study will be held 1-2 p.m..
Tuesday: Coffee and juice will be served at 9:30 a.m. The facility’s calendar committee will meet at 10:30. A time for reminiscing will be offered at 11. A sparkling wine and cheese social will be held at 2 p.m. Terry Phillips of Union City will hold an all-sing and devotion at 7.
