| LIFE SAVERS HONORED — Hornbeak Woodman of the World Lodge recently honored Matt Leland (center), son of Nicky Leland and Dawn Leland of Tiptonville, and Chance Williams (right), son of Taylor and Jana Williams of Troy, for their acts of heroism in saving the lives of two men at Reelfoot Lake. The boys, who worked at Blue Bank Resort, searched and found the men, who had gone out in a boat during a March morning and had not returned by sundown. The boys found the men, who were suffering from hypothermia, hanging onto an overturned boat. Life Saver Award plaques were presented to them during a recent meeting by Woodman of the World field representative Steve Kendall.
