Shawn Emrich Chandler of Union City was among 237 students named to the President’s List for the spring semester. The President’s List includes full-time students who achieve a 4.0 grade point average on a four-point scale. Among the 382 students named to Union’s Dean’s List were Chelsea Lynn Cox of South Fulton, David W. Kissell of Troy and Daniel Warren Evans of Union City. The Dean’s List includes full-time students who achieve a 3.5 grade point average on a four-point scale. Union University was founded in 1823 and is affiliated with the Tennessee Baptist Convention. — — — Cole Brent Lee, 6-year-old son of Brent and Susan Lee of Jackson, Mo., was recently chosen Student of the Quarter and given the Academic Award while a kindergartner at Orchard Drive Elementary School in Jackson. He is the grandson of Sandra Autry Lee of Union City, Jim Sullivan of Mason Hall and Linda and Frank Monroe of Jackson, Mo. Cole will begin first grade in August at Orchard Drive Elementary. , , , , |
