County meetings set

The Obion County Budget Committee will meet 9 a.m. Friday in the basement conference room at the Obion County Courthouse.
Items on the agenda include budget requests for 2009-10 for the General Purpose School Fund, the airport, the assessor of property, the Highway Fund, the Debt Service Fund and the General Fund.
All members are urged to attend, a spokesman said.
The session is open to the public.
