Injury reported

An Obion woman received possible injuries in an accident on West Reelfoot Avenue in Union City last week.
In a report made available today, it was stated that Linda KT Parnell, 71, of 614 Troy Ave., Obion, was possibly injured in the accident on Wednesday. Her 1998 Ford Taurus was rear-ended around 4:14 p.m. near the intersection of Green Acres and Lowe’s by a 1994 Jeep Cherokee driven by Monica Ann McGowan, 38, of 854 Garrigan Road, Union City. Ms. Parnell’s vehicle was then pushed into a 2001 Chrysler driven by Lakeshina M. Massey of 2207 Clay St., Hickman, Ky. Ms. McGowan and Ms. Massey were uninjured in the accident.
Ms. McGowan was charged with following too closely and financial responsibility, while Ms. Parnell was charged with financial responsibility.
