Completed arrangements are being announced for Vickie Leigh (Doucette) Rudd, 42, of Troy, who died June 11, 2009, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at White & Mahon Funeral Home in Troy, with Rick Knoll officiating. Burial will follow in Campground Cemetery near Troy.
Friends may call at the funeral home 4-8 p.m. today.
Pallbearers will be Mike Green, David Bailey, John Davis, Butch Fuzzell, Sammy Snead, Steve Conley and Ricky Seals. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of Conley, Campbell, Moss and Smith attorneys.
The family requests that memorials be made to Hometown Walk of Hope.
She was born Nov. 29, 1966, in Union City, daughter of Jon Doucette of Obion and the late Elaine (Wright) Doucette.
She had been a legal secretary for 21 years for Conley, Campbell, Moss and Smith in Union City and was a member of Oak Ridge Church of Christ near Obion.
She married Gary Rudd Oct. 1, 1988. He survives.
She is also survived by two sons, Ethan Rudd and Austin Rudd, both of Troy; her sister and brother-in-law, Kim and Barry McDaniel of Obion; her brother-in-law and his wife, Herb and Donna Marshall of Troy; another sister-in-law, Shelia Alford of Union City; three nieces, Mandi McDaniel and Maci McDaniel, both of Obion, and Ashleigh Alford of Hornbeak; and two nephews, Andrew Marshall of Troy and Robby Alford of Hornbeak.
She was also preceded in death by her grandparents, George and Martha Wright and Edward and Dorothy Doucette.
