Theft reported

Union City police are investigating a theft reported at Sign Depot at 221 South Division St.
Someone at the business reported about 7:30 a.m. Wednesday that the business had been “broken into,” with an amount of cash missing from a cash box, according to a Union City Police Department report.
The money was reported to have been in the box when employees left the business about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to the report.
