The following cases were disposed of June 2 and June 4 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Raymond Morris, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were filed in the docket books in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed. All others are published, including judicial diversions, without exception.

• Tina Hart (no address listed) — registration law violation, $5 fine, costs; insurance violation, $10 fine, costs; driving on a suspended license, $50 fine, costs, 30 days jail suspended.
• Jeffery Lee Hayes (4007 Old Samburg Road, Hornbeak) — forgery and criminal simulation, bound over to the grand jury.
• Maria C. Majia (215 North Fifth St., Union City) — driving without a license, $10 fine, costs.
• John M. Smith (205 East Bright St., Troy) — leaving the scene of an accident, $50 fine, costs, 30 days jail suspended; financial responsibility law violation, $10 fine, costs.
• Katherine Smith (1720 North Key Road, Troy) — misdemeanor theft, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended, costs, restitution of $1,184 to Huddle House, six months supervised probation.
• Ronald Chandler (310 Taylor St., South Fulton) — worthless check, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended, six months supervised probation, pay check and costs.
• Daniel S. Ferguson (443 Sublett Road, Union City) — burglary and two counts of theft of property, bound over to the grand jury.
• Jessica Lynch (413 North First St., No. C-46, Union City) — worthless check, pay check and costs, 11 months and 29 days jail suspended, six months supervised probation.
