Grace Kennedy, daughter of Harry “Pete” and Lonna Kennedy of Union City, recently celebrated her 9th birthday with a dinner and a movie at Exchange Street Church of Christ.
Guests were served hot dogs, chips, ice cream and cake, which was made and decorated by her mother.
The theme was “The Tale of Desperaux” and those in attendance watched the movie.
Attending in addition to her parents were her sister, Hope Kennedy; her aunt and cousins, Donna Ryder and Jon and Matt; and Avery Dawson, Paige Wicker, Skkylar Gadd, Jasmine Williams, Beth Huggins and London Huggins, all of Union City.
Sending wishes were her great-grandmother, Naomi Cole of Union City; her grandparents, Dwight and Judy Lovett of Troy; her uncle, Jay Ryder of Union City; and Mike and Karen Huffstutter and Zach and Mason and Allen and Shawna Pounds and Tucker and Ally, all of Union City, and Wes and Tina Collier and Cody of South Fulton.
She is also the granddaughter of the late Sandria Lovett.
