Annabelle Lee Denning, 66, of Rives died June 6, 2009, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Services were set for noon today at Cryer Funeral Home in Obion, with burial following there in Rosehill Cemetery.
Lonnie Grady was to officiate, assisted by Ron Newberry.
Pallbearers were to be Camron Kapperman, Conner Kapperman, Mark Kapperman, Vince Thompson, John McCullar and Nathan Caldwell.
The family requests that memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942 or the Obion County Public Library, 1221 East Reelfoot Ave., Union City, TN 38261.
She was born Aug. 15, 1942, in Obion, daughter of the late M.C. and Mary Ruth (Barnes) Thompson. She was married to Herman Denning, who survives, and was a homemaker and a member of Bishop Street Church of Christ in Union City.
Survivors also include her daughter and son-in-law, Rana and Gary Buchanan of Troy; her brother and sister-in-law, Vinson and Ann Thompson of Obion; and three grandchildren, Lindsey Caldwell of Nashville, Whitney McCullar of Medina and Garrett Buchanan of Troy.
