HEALTHY SENIORS — The Obion County Senior Citizens Center’s Healthways SilverSneakers® class is now 75 members strong, according to center director Margaret Shannon Cook. SilverSneakers offers an innovative blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially-oriented programming that allows older adults to take greater control of their health. It is available to Obion County residents ages 55 and older and meets at Eddie Cox Senior Center Mondays and Wednesdays from 11 a.m. until noon. For more information, contact the center at 885-1246.
