Obion meet slated

Obion mayor and councilmen will meet June 15 at 6:45 p.m. at City Hall for a public hearing to discuss the 2010 budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, and to set the 2009 property and advalorem tax rate.
A called meeting will follow at 7 to consider sanitation bids, auditor bids, health insurance bids, a first reading of an ordinance for the 2010 budget and the rural fire call resolution. The meeting will be open to the public.
