Benefit meal, silent auction set

A benefit meal and silent auction fund raiser to help cancer victim Ronnie Warman and wife Pam Owen Warman of McKenzie is being planned for 5:30-7:30 p.m. Saturday at Como Fire Station in Como on Hwy 140S.
A donation of $6 per plate provides one meat (choice of chicken or meat loaf), three vegetables, bread, desert, tea or coffee. Soft drinks will be available for $1 extra. Take-outs available. Jolley Springs Baptist Church’s excellent cooks will prepare the food. Extra donations appreciated.
