“Be Creative @ Your Library” is the theme of this year’s summer reading program at the Bethel Library on the McKenzie campus. The program is scheduled to begin Tuesday, June 2. Come and explore the worlds of music, dance, art, books, and more!
The 2009 Summer Reading Program is open to young people, preschool through those just finished with fifth grade. There will be special programs – including a theater workshop and a visit from The Mad Scientist – prize drawings, story hours, art projects, and more
The summer reading program at Bethel will take place each of the five Tuesdays in June (June 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30) from 9 a.m. until noon. Lunch will be provided courtesy of McKenzie Schools. Registration will take place 9-9:30 a.m., June 2, followed by the start of the program. Additional registration will be available each week. All programs are free of charge!
