Completed arrangements are being announced for Nettie Travine (Osborne) Neill, 84, of Union City, who died May 18, 2009, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.

Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with Daniel Hamm officiating, assisted by Jeff Bell. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.

Friends may call this evening from 5-8 at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Larry Isbell, Tom Whitesides, Mike Haynes, Mark McCullough, Tommy Craft and Marshal Lyell.

The family requests that memorials be made to Bishop Street Church of Christ in Union City.

She was born March 16, 1925, in Obion County, daughter of the late Murry J. and Lola Idelle (Luker) Osborne. She married J.B. Neill Aug. 29, 1943. He died Jan. 24, 1978. She had been a school secretary and bookkeeper at the former Woodland Mills School and at Lake Road School and had been a bus driver for the Obion County School System. She was a member of Bishop Street Church of Christ.

Survivors include her daughter, Donna Gallimore of Woodland Mills; her granddaughter, Leea Shea Gallimore of Boston; her grandson and his wife, Kyle Hunter and Kerri Gallimore of Union City; and her great-grandson, Kaden Hunter Gallimore of Union City.
