Union City Kiwanis Club’s annual “Burger in the Park” fund raiser will be  Thursday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Kiwanis Park in downtown Union City. The menu will include a hamburger, chips, drink and dessert for $5. To purchase tickets in advance contact Kiwanis Club president Christie Beeler at 886-5713. Tickets will also be available at the event.

Funds raised are used to support a variety of Kiwanis Club activities, many of which benefit area children and young people.
