Obion County-Union City Retired Teachers Association will meet Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at Another Thyme on North First Street in Union City. Dr. David Russell of Union City First United Methodist Church will give the devotional and Union City Police Chief Joe Garner will provide the program on identity theft.

All members are urged to attend, a spokesman said. They are also reminded to bring “loose change” for the scholarship fund and to be prepared to pay dues.
