Kenny Ray Foster Posted: Tuesday, May 19, 2009 4:57 pm The Messenger, May 19, 2009 Kenny Ray Foster, 47, of Ridgely died May 16, 2009, in Nashville. Services were set for 11 a.m. today at Dyersburg Funeral Home, with the Rev. Paul Bramlett officiating. Burial was to follow in Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers were to be Steve Sartin, Billy Kohilka, Ralph Whitney, Gerald Canada, Roland VanCamp and Timmy Crosno. Honorary pallbearers were to be Rocky Foster, Jason Foster, Donald Peery, Frankie Canada, Jeff Hooper and Danny Burrus. The family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society. He was self-employed in the auto repossession business for banks. He attended Phillippy Baptist Church. Survivors include his parents, Kenneth Ray and Shirley Foster of Pleasant View; his stepdaughter, Ginny Whitney of Friendship; two stepsons, Chris McDonough and Chad McDonough, both of Nashville; his sister and brother-in-law, Rhonda and Joey Whitt of Pleasant View; his brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Sandra Foster of Miston; his grandmother, Frances Canada of Dyersburg; and his step-niece, whom he raised, Danielle Hensley of Nashville. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Luther and Marie Foster and Woodrow Canada.
