Jayanna Lynn Hall Posted: Tuesday, May 19, 2009 8:01 pm The Messenger congratulates Mr. and Mrs. Jake Hall of Union City on the birth of a daughter, Jayanna Lynn Hall, at 2:40 a.m., April 19, 2009, at Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin. She weighed 8 pounds, 1 1/2 ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long. She is the sister of Kaleigh Carol, 4. Her grandparents are Harold and Carolyn Dickson of Rives, Harold and Mattie Fowlkes of Union City, George and Kay Palmertree of Hickman, Ky., and Terry Hall of Troy. She is the great-granddaughter of Juanita Roberson, the late Melvin Roberson and Sarah and Freddie Gardner, all of Troy; James Polsgrove, the late Bea Polsgrove, the late Glenn Fowlkes, Coline Garner and the late Vernie Garner, all of Union City; the late Doyce and Melba Hall of Obion; and the late Thomas Lee Bowers of Rives. Her mother is the former Mandi Fowlkes of Union City.
