Completed arrangements are being announced for George Thomas Dysart, 50, of Fulton, who died May 16, 2009, in the emergency room at Parkway Regional Hospital in Fulton.

Services will be noon Wednesday at Rawls Funeral Home in South Fulton. Burial will follow at Parham Cemetery in Martin.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the hour of services Wednesday.

The Rev. Tony White will officiate. Pallbearers will be Lawrence Johnson, Chris Johnson, Justin Hickman, Clyde Johnson, Micheal Ray Phelps, Jerry Polk and Wayne Dysart. Honorary pallbearers will be Richard Woodfork and Ken Dysart.

He was born Sept. 16, 1958, in Weakley County, son of the late Charlie and Mary (Callicutt) Dysart. He was a member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Wingo, Ky., and was a former roofer.

Survivors include his daughter, Jalisa Dysart of Murray, Ky.; four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Gladys and Bobby Phelps of Martin, Mable Woodfork and Yvette Polk, both of Paducah, Ky., and Mary and Ezell Johnson of South Fulton; and two aunts, Mandy White of St. Louis and Mable Tempton of Long Island, N.Y.

He was also preceded in death by his brother, Homer Lee Dysart.
