Miss Bransford, Moore to wed

The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Lori Elizabeth Bransford and James Rueben Moore, both of Clarksville, are being announced today.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Leon Bransford of Union City. Her grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Warren Mitchell of Union City and Thora Gregory Bransford and the late Samuel Leon Bransford of Cayce, Ky.
She is a 2002 graduate of Union City High School. She graduated in 2006 from Murray (Ky.) State University, where she is currently working on a master’s degree in elementary education. She is employed as a second-grade teacher in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System.
The groom-elect is the son of Peggy Robinson Moore and the late James Patrick Moore of Clarksville. His grandparents are Bernice Neal Robinson and the late Robert Stanton Robinson, all of Alexandria, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jack Lester Moore of Clarksville.
He is a 1994 graduate of Northwest High School in Clarksville. He is a 1999 graduate of Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, where he was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity.
He is employed as a sergeant with the Clarksville Police Department.
The couple will exchange vows 6 p.m. June 20 at Shady Grove United Methodist Church in Union City. A reception will be held immediately following the ceremony at the Eddie Cox Senior Center in Union City.
