FOURTH GRADE — The annual Obion County 4-H Public Speaking contest was recently held at Ridgemont School. There were 76 competitors in grades 4-8. In the fourth grade, first place went to Marlee Wicker (center) of Lake Road School. She is the daughter of Brennan and Melinda Wicker of Union City. Jennan Dial (left), a student at Hillcrest school, won second place. She is the daughter of Charles and Crystal Meade and Greg Dial. Third place was won by Bryleigh Jennings of Lake Road School.
