Lueller Estelle “Dah” Ragsdale, 96, of Union City died Dec. 14, 2008, at Union City Manor Nursing Home.

Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Donnie Ragsdale officiating. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday.

Pallbearers will be Chris Bailey, Chip Pinion, Scott Muse, Jesse Muse, Joey Pinion and Steve Ping.

She was born Oct. 28, 1912, in Obion County, daughter of the late Cain and Maggie (Moss) Ragsdale. She was a retired employee of the former Brown Shoe Co. in Union City and was a member of Troy Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include three nephews, David Gene Pinion, James Pinion and E.C. Ragsdale, all of Union City; five nieces, Peggy Cook, Ella May Fulcher and Margie Chessor, all of Union City, Norma Dean Davis of South Fulton and Janie Tilghman of Kenton; 28 great nieces and great nephews; 28 great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews; and eight great-great-great-nieces and great-great-great-nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her brother, Herman Ragsdale; and her sister, Lottie Mae Pinion.
