Quiet Place support group will meet

Quiet Place Alzheimer’s and dementia support group will meet from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, at First Assembly of God Church at Mount Pelia Road and Bypass 43, Martin. They will be viewing and discussing a DVD about Alzheimer’s and dementia. The Quiet Place offers caregivers a place to talk to others about what they are experiencing and to ask questions about what to expect as the disease progresses. The meetings provide information about behavior problems, where to get help and who to talk to. Refreshments will be served. There is no charge to attend, and everyone is invited.
